Participant acknowledges and will be bound by the following:
SHIFT Experience retains all right, ownership, and interest to the SHIFT Experience, as well as all materials of the SHIFT Experience including but not limited to the service marks, webinars, presentations, workshops, blog posts and any other method or script utilized by the SHIFT Experience to offer the Workshop.
Nothing in this Acknowledgement shall be construed to grant Attendee any rights, ownership or interest in the Workshop, or in the underlying intellectual property, other than the rights to use the materials provided in the course of this workshop. Your use of these materials is for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, re-train, or make any commercial use of the materials nor alter, transform or build upon the work. For any use not explicitly allowed in this agreement, you must seek written permission of SHIFT Experience.
